Hey, friend! Wheezy here.

I'm still young and full of beans, with a whole lot of love (and a few zoomies) saved up for the right person.

I'd love to meet you. But if I'm not quite the one, maybe you could do me one tiny favor — print my bio and pop it up somewhere a future best friend might spot it. Who knows, I might see you at the park someday! Either way, thank you for stopping by and giving me a moment. It really did mean a lot. — Wheezy 🐾

The rescue’s notes on Wheezy

Meet Wheezy! Wheezy is in a NJ foster home. If you're looking for a puppy with both brains and beauty, Wheezy may be your perfect match! This adorable terrier mix girl is growing quickly and already showing off her intelligence, playful personality, and zest for life. At just 3 months old and 15 pounds, she's expected to be a small-to-medium-sized dog when fully grown. Her mom is a terrier mix weighing about 40 pounds, though we do not know her dad's breed or size. Wheezy would thrive with an active family that can keep up with her energetic, fun-loving spirit. She loves toys, enjoys treats, and is always ready for an adventure. One of her favorite activities? Chasing the spray hose, which she seems convinced is her own personal water fountain! This smart little girl is making great progress with potty training and leash walking. She's also learning important puppy skills like sit, down, leave it, and drop it. Wheezy sleeps through the night and is eager to continue learning with a family committed to helping her grow into the amazing dog she's destined to be. Wheezy is up to date on vaccines and has been treated for puppy parasites. Wag On Inn will arrange for her spay and microchip at 5–6 months of age at The Spay and Neuter Center of New Jersey in Holmdel. Adopters must live within driving distance of Holmdel, NJ. Her adoption donation is $600. Wheezy is ready to bring her big personality, happy energy, and loving heart to a family of her very own! - Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these animals have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
