The rescue’s notes on Scooby

Hiya! My name is Scooby, and I'm basically a professional happy boy. I'm a Dachshund/Chi mix with a big personality packed into a little body. My previous owner had too many dogs for the city limit, so me and some of my buddies had to find new homes. The good news? I'm ready to make someone VERY lucky! When I first arrived I was infested with fleas, and also had a injury to my face. Suspected from a dog bite, but I've got amazing people and vet staff taking care of me with antibiotics and xrays to make sure I'm all ready for my new family. I love people so much that I sometimes bounce up out of excitement when I meet you. I just can't help it! I'm all about kisses, tail wags, and making new friends. I also LOVE other dogs and have a blast playing with them and sharing my toys. Toys are kind of my thing, honestly. I'm not sure about this "potty training" business yet, but I'm a smart little guy and eager to please. I'm already neutered, 4DX negative, current on vaccines, and protected with ProHeart 12 and Bravecto — so I'm all set and ready to go! My adoption fee is $400. If I need a ride, there's an additional $225 transport fee. (I'm not able to travel to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state rules.)
