The rescue’s notes on SHILOH
This sweet but shy boy needs a little time to feel safe, but once he warms up, he happily enjoys gentle pets and playing with his toys. Heâll do best with slow introductions, using treats to help him feel comfortable. With a positive home history with chickens and cats, he may do well with resident pets after careful, gradual introductions. Because of his fearful behavior, heâll need an experienced owner and older kids who can use positive-reinforcement, fear-free methods and provide a quiet feeding space just for him. With patience and kindness, heâll blossom into a loving companion.
