Hi there! Mr. Brown here.
I'm still young and full of beans, with a whole lot of love (and a few zoomies) saved up for the right person.
I'd love to meet you. But if I'm not quite the one, maybe you could do me one tiny favor — print my bio and pop it up somewhere a future best friend might spot it. Who knows, I might see you at the park someday! Either way, thank you for stopping by and giving me a moment. It really did mean a lot. — Mr. Brown 🐾
The rescue’s notes on Mr. Brown
Mr. Brown is overall, just a great dog. He is silly, laidback, but also playful. He really matches the energy of dogs he meets. We've seen him go from couch potato to zoomies in the yard, depending on the dog he is with. He is a confident dog. He's been overlooked for a while, even though he is quite small with long legs. He has a cute spiral tail and a faint brindle coat. It's hard to get pictures of his ears up since he's always smiling and wagging his tail. He came in from northern Louisiana with a female dog and 4 pups. He was very sweet with the pups and was very nurturing and loving toward them. The pups have been adopted and Mr. Brown is hoping he'll be next! Mr. Brown is fixed, up to date on vaccines. Mr. Brown tested positive for heartworm and has begun treatment. We are looking for a foster to complete his treatment here in NJ with 2 visits to Barnegat Animal Clinic in June. His adoption donation will be $500. Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these animals have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
Mr. Brown is listed by Wag On Inn Rescue in Oakhurst, NJ. Adoptions are handled directly by the rescue.
