Hi there! London here.
I'm still young and full of beans, with a whole lot of love (and a few zoomies) saved up for the right person.
I'm on the bigger side — but honestly, that's just more of me to hug.
I'd love to meet you. But if I'm not quite the one, maybe you could do me one tiny favor — print my bio and pop it up somewhere a future best friend might spot it. Who knows, I might see you at the park someday! Either way, thank you for stopping by and giving me a moment. It really did mean a lot. — London 🐾
The rescue’s notes on London
If you're looking for the total puppy package, look no further than London! This sweet, respectful young lady is about as close to a perfect puppy as they come. She is making fantastic progress with potty training and gets closer to mastering it every day. London is an independent girl who happily chooses to nap in her crate and settles well on her own. When she's not snoozing, she enjoys the finer things in life, including Bluey marathons and relaxing piano lullabies. She has a gentle nature and takes corrections from other dogs beautifully, helping her continue to learn good manners and appropriate social skills. One of London's most impressive qualities is how polite she is with people. She doesn't jump up on guests and is learning that sitting patiently is often the key to getting what she wants. Like many puppies, she may get a little excited in her kennel, but outside of it she is remarkably well-mannered for her age. London does occasionally sing the song of her people when left alone, but her performances are short-lived—typically lasting no more than five minutes before she decides to entertain herself or curl up for a nap in a cozy bed or blanket. Smart, sweet, adaptable, and eager to learn, London is the kind of puppy who will fit beautifully into many different homes. She is ready to find a family of her very own to continue growing up with! They were rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas.Meet and greets are by appointment only. An approved application is required to schedule a meeting. Check out our events page for upcoming open adoption events! We have no additional back story or update for this dog at this time. When we do, it will be updated here. This is all the information we have currently. Approved Applicants may make the adoption fee payment by clicking donate above. Partial adoption fees will not hold a dog. If upon meeting the dog of your choosing at your scheduled pickup time you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be fully refunded. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free pet insurance. We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect). Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets. The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. While all dogs are picked up during our scheduled times, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances.
