Meet Rusty! Rusty is an 8-month-old Chiweenie mix with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He weighs only 15 pounds and is absolutely adorable! This sweet boy loves chasing balls and happily brings them right back to you — such a smart little guy. He's affectionate, enjoys being held, and loves spending time with people.
