Meet Ducky – 6-Month-Old Schnauzer Mix Ducky's story began in an industrial park in Los Angeles, where she was found abandoned and terrified. When she first came to us, she was so scared that she was almost untouchable. It was heartbreaking to see how little trust she had in the world. But Ducky has come such a long way. With patience, kindness, and love, she has learned that people can be safe. While she is still shy and cautious in new situations, she is becoming more trusting every day and has revealed what a truly sweet and loving girl she is. Once she feels comfortable, Ducky's gentle nature shines through, and she forms deep bonds with the people she trusts. Ducky will need a patient adopter who understands that she may need time to adjust to a new home and routine.
