Samuel is a 10-month-old male Pit Bull puppy with a friendly, affectionate nature and lots of youthful energy. He came in as a stray, but from the moment you approach his kennel, he greets you with a wagging tail and an eager, happy demeanor. Samuel is easy to leash, though he can be a bit jumpy and excitable, so he would benefit from continued training and guidance to help him learn good manners as he grows. He loves toys and treats, making him a great candidate for positive reinforcement training, and he truly enjoys being around peopleâsoaking up attention and pets whenever he can. When meeting other dogs, Samuel was friendly and engaged, though a little shy at first, so a dog-to-dog meet is recommended to ensure a good fit with any potential canine companions. Samuel is a lovable pup looking for a home that will give him structure, patience, and plenty of affection as he blossoms into a well-rounded adult dog.
