The rescue’s notes on Nelson
Meet Nelson! He is a little 9 pound, 6 to 7 year old poodle/terrier mix. Nelson is a sweet and well behaved little dog. He is housebroken and gets along with other dogs. He would do well living with another small dog. He enjoys his daily walk and is good at walking on the leash and isn't reactive to other dogs. He loves to relax on the sofa or in your lap and roll over for belly rubs. He doesn't have separation anxiety and can be crated while you are gone for short periods of time. He is shy when meeting new people and is still learning to trust but he bonds and adjusts quickly. He would be a wonderful dog for someone who wants a polite, calm dog to provide companionship. He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccines. His adoption fee is $300.
