Hi, My name is Carlos and I'm new to SVPP. I lived most of my life in a rough situation, but I had lots of other little dogs with me. I'm slowly learning to trust that I am safe with the help of my foster family. My friends think I will do best in a home with another confident small dog or two who can teach me the ropes and help me gain some confidence of my own. Please fill out an application if you'd like to meet me and introduce me to your pups!
