The rescue’s notes on Pebbles

Pebbles is a tiny, big-eyed Chihuahua with the dramatic soul of a much larger creature—equal parts quiver and queen. At first, she approaches with caution, but once she's comfortable you will be her chosen human. From that moment on, your lap becomes her permanent residence—no take-backs, no negotiations. She melts into a cuddly puddle for belly rubs, basks in the glory of a nose rub, and hands out enthusiastic little kisses as if she's personally thanking you for existing. Pebbles may start off as a nervous noodle, but once she settles in, she's a devoted, snuggly sidekick with just the right amount of tiny-dog sass.
