KOBE

Akita · Senior · Male · Large

Boston, MA

Well, hello! KOBE here.

I won't fib — I've got a little grey on my muzzle. But being older just means I'm past the wild puppy stuff and all about cozy company and slow, happy mornings.

I'm on the bigger side — but honestly, that's just more of me to hug.

I'd love to meet you. But if I'm not quite the one, maybe you could do me one tiny favor — print my bio and pop it up somewhere a future best friend might spot it. Who knows, I might see you at the park someday! Either way, thank you for stopping by and giving me a moment. It really did mean a lot. — KOBE 🐾

The rescue’s notes on KOBE

Kobe is a sweet older gentleman who is looking for a new home of his own. He enjoys a leisurely stroll where he can take in the smells of the neighborhood. Kobe was diagnosed with uveodermatologic syndrome, which affects the eyes. He had to have one eye removed and has decreased vision in the remaining eye. Kobe is looking for a patient home where he can settle in at his own pace and learn to navigate his environment with limited vision. Once he is comfortable he loves to be pet and get lots of treats. Kobe might be able to live with another low key dog friend who can respect his boundaries.

KOBE is listed by MSPCA - Boston Animal Care and Adoption Center in Boston, MA. Adoptions are handled directly by the rescue.
