FOSTER CARE! Hi there! My name is Kiwi and I'm a 2-year-old, spayed pit bull mix that currently weighs about 49lbs. I'm looking for my forever home. My foster family says I'm one of the most easygoing dogs they've ever had — I'm independent, low-maintenance, and genuinely happy just hanging out. Give me a cozy crate with my bed and blanket and I am completely in my element. I came into foster care a little shy and cautious, but I've been slowly finding my confidence and showing off my goofier side every day. When I get comfortable with you, I love a good game of fetch or keep-away — and I've been known to quietly swipe a sock or two just to get the fun started! I do best in a calm, relaxed household where I can settle in at my own pace. I'm not a needy dog — I'm perfectly happy doing my own thing — but I'll reward your patience with genuine playfulness and easy companionship.
