Psst… hi! Annabella here.

I'm still young and full of beans, with a whole lot of love (and a few zoomies) saved up for the right person.

I'm on the bigger side — but honestly, that's just more of me to hug.

I'd love to meet you. But if I'm not quite the one, maybe you could do me one tiny favor — print my bio and pop it up somewhere a future best friend might spot it. Who knows, I might see you at the park someday! Either way, thank you for stopping by and giving me a moment. It really did mean a lot. — Annabella 🐾

The rescue’s notes on Annabella

Meet Annabella! This sweet, four-month-old female Rottweiler is ready to find her forever family. With her classic look and docked tail, she is as beautiful as she is Smart. Annabella has a wonderful personality, striking the perfect balance between independent and affectionate. She is perfectly content to occupy herself quietly, but she is never one to turn down a cuddle session, especially when belly rubs are on the menu. She is incredibly sweet, loves meeting new people, and is truly a joy to be around. She is a brilliant girl with so much potential. She is currently busy learning basic obedience commands and is getting the hang of walking on a leash. While we are still finalizing her training, she has been doing a fantastic job using the doggie door to head outside when she needs to go. She is just starting to discover the fun of toys and loves learning new things. As with all our rescues, we always recommend ongoing training to help her reach her full potential and bond with her new family. If you are looking for a smart, loving, and gentle companion to grow alongside, she is the perfect match.Adoption Process:If you are interested in adopting one of our fun-loving, "not-so-rotten" Rotties, you will be asked to fill out our adoption application which allows us to get to know you better. This ensures the dog you are interested in is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our Adoption Application by visiting our website at www.rottenrottie.com (http://www.rottenrottie.com/), clicking on Adopt a Rottweiler Adoption Application, and submitting the form online. After reviewing your answers, if we feel the dog you are interested in is not a match for your family, we may recommend a different Rottweiler companion. Once we determine which dog is best for you, we will schedule a meeting at their current home, where they feel most comfortable and act naturally. We require a home check to ensure each dog is going to a safe environment. To finalize the process, an adoption contract must be signed. We also require a rehoming fee, which is typically $500 for most adults and $350 for seniors (6 years and older) or Rottweiler mixes of any age (excluding puppies). Fees for puppies fluctuate depending on the investment required for the litter and whether they are purebred or a mix. These funds are necessary for our organization to continue rehoming Rottweilers in need. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and have tested negative for heartworms. Each dog comes with a collar and a leash. We also address any injuries or illnesses they had upon arrival or developed in foster care; any such conditions will be fully disclosed to the adopter prior to the adoption. Please Note: In almost all cases, we do not adopt to out-of-state applicants. On rare occasions, if we feel it is a PERFECT match for both you and the dog, we may make an exception for our neighbors in Las Vegas. If you live in Las Vegas and would like to be considered, please fill out our adoption application.
