Scruffy terrier fans, rejoice! Precious Milo is a scrappy wonder with a personality as delightful as his expression. When Milo arrived at the shelter, he was feeling understandably overwhelmed. Thanks to the patient kindness of our volunteers, Milo is coming around and learning that it isn't such a scary place after all.
