Hey, friend! BEAR here.
I won't fib — I've got a little grey on my muzzle. But being older just means I'm past the wild puppy stuff and all about cozy company and slow, happy mornings.
I'd love to meet you. But if I'm not quite the one, maybe you could do me one tiny favor — print my bio and pop it up somewhere a future best friend might spot it. Who knows, I might see you at the park someday! Either way, thank you for stopping by and giving me a moment. It really did mean a lot. — BEAR 🐾
The rescue’s notes on BEAR
Notes from Bear's foster: `Hi, Iâm Bear!Donât let my shyness or my age fool you. I may take a little time to warm up to new people and environments, but once I do, my loving and playful personality shines through.Iâm house-trained, smart, quiet, curious and a good listener. I enjoy observing my surroundings and learn quickly. I know my name, understand ânoâ, `sit`, and Iâm currently working on more commands. I love being with my foster family - I play nice with my senior foster sister and follow my foster mom around the house and lay at her feet.I love being outside, especially going for walks, and I do pretty well on a leash. Food is my favorite thing - I'm highly motivated by treats, and I do a little dance for mealtime! I don't like to share my food and prefer my separate space when I eat. Iâm looking for a calm, patient home where I can feel safe, build confidence, and truly come out of my shell. If youâre willing to give me the love and time I need, I promise to be a loyal and rewarding companion. Come meet me!`
