The rescue’s notes on ANGEL

Linda enjoyed a doggie day out being pampered and groomed!Doggie Day Out Foster Report:Linda is social butterfly, she is estimated to be about a year old. She is dog friendly and currently kennel mates with beautiful Cookie, and Costco.Linda is soooo sweet, she wants to be friends with everyone. She needed a little encouragement to go into the kennel both in the van and in our home, once inside she will rest peacefully. She is a puller on the leash. She will need a confident handler when walking. She walks confidently with excitement for the world around her, even when there are loud sounds from the utility guys digging and drilling to lay new fiber lines. The sounds didn't bother her at all she was more interested in trying to say hello to the guys as they were working. While at the park, she saw a few dogs and really wanted to go make friends. She has adorable play bows! She really enjoyed meeting new people at the park. I did not allow her to meet the dogs (little poodle and corgi mix) although she really wanted to say hi. Linda could live with a cat, but I would suggest a lot of supervision as she is very playful and that energy could be a little much to a nervous kitty. She was a bit nervous in the tub at first, but once she realized the water wasn't going to hurt her, she settled down and seemed to relax. She got 2 shampoos and a deep conditioning treatment she smells and feels soooo much better now. She left so much fur in the tub it looked like she was melting. She let me handle her paws and brush her out without issue. Linda is so sweet, she loves attention and giving gentle kisses. She will sit in your lap like she's a 5lb puppy. She knows how to sit and lay down. She also takes treats very gently. We really loved hanging out with Linda she is going to make an amazing family pet to a very lucky family! We hope she finds her perfect home soon.
