Special needs: [YELLOW]Background: brought in stray, given yellow dot on intake.B Handling 5/27/26: Volunteer had dog out and was coning back to ward. Pulling moderately. Volunteer reported dog was easy to leash up initially from kennel. Dog allowed switching of leashes. In small yard, dog allowed all over touch/petting, including teeth check. Leaned into both handlers and sought attention. Interest in stuffy/squeaky toy, sniffed ball. Marked a couple of times outdoors. Did not take treats outside . Knows sit. No issues rekenneling. Yellow level due to pulling.B A: Affiliative, young dog, minimal training. Enjoys petting and will need more training for LLW.B P: Would do best in a home familiar with large breed dogs and committed to continuing ongoing rewards based training.
