Columbus — Demand for the early patrol has never been higher, as dogs across the area rise with the sun to conduct a thorough review of overnight developments along the usual route.
The morning walk, experts agree, carries unmatched informational value: every post, hedge, and lamppost holds a full bulletin of who passed by in the night. Skipping it, one correspondent warned, means starting the day “dangerously uninformed.”
“You cannot rush the morning route,” she added, mid-inspection. “The news does not read itself.”
